Pricing Update

Dear friends, we are so grateful for your support and trust with allowing us to teach and build friendships with each of you! It truly is our pleasure and we are humbled by this opportunity. Thank you!

At the same time, we want to inform you that we need to raise our prices. We strive to do everything we can to keep costs down for you and provide quality services. In an effort to keep pricing down, we have done the following:

• Allowed payment through WeChat without having to pay transaction service fees, causing extra tax challenges for us that we have had to deal with.
• Purchased additional resources in order to provide better course content.
• Continued to provide friend referral credits.
• Frequently waved last minute missed class fees or extended lesson length for late start times.
• Provided flexible class schedule changes.
• Provided multiple free weekly lessons on the BOOK to anyone.

However, we need to raise our pricing due to the following:

• Every lesson requires at least 10 minutes extra to prepare and plan, totaling at least 5 additional hours a week.
• TurnerTeach is a joint effort for my wife and I. With our current pricing, she has not been compensated for her labors. 
• Requirements for private business taxes and tax preparation.
• Additional teaching resources have been purchased in order to provide better content.

Thank you for your understanding in this. We recognize that 1-on-1 pricing may not be reasonable and encourage you to find other student(s) to take the class in order to lower the cost.

Feel free to reach out to Hunter with any questions or concerns you may have. If you currently owe, we will charge the old pricing for the outstanding balance. All future classes will require the new rate.
